The Flight Deck CRM course covers the entire syllabus as laid out by the JAR-OPS 1 and it has been developed with careful attention to the contents by a team of pilots, instructors, psychologists and engineers, with a solid background in aviation training.
The Flight Deck CRM course is divided into 5 independent modules so it can be used for:
- Initial CRM course
- Operator Conversion CRM training when changing type
- Command course CRM training
- Recurrent CRM training
